Junior Golf Counselor in Training Program

The Kevin Chin Golf Counselor-in-Training program gives older junior golfers a pathway to develop leadership, responsibility, and communication skills, and to gain experience helping younger campers at Lake Isle Country Club.
This program is designed for students who enjoy golf, work well around younger children, and are ready to take on more responsibility in a supervised environment.

A pathway beyond camp
Many of Kevin Chin Golf’s young staff members first came through the junior golf program as campers or students. The CIT program helps continue that pathway by giving older juniors a way to grow from participant to helper, mentor, and future team member.
