F.A.Q.
We accommodate any level. We have a chipping green, putting green, driving range and also use of the Lake Isle golf course (when available)
Our philosophy on working with kids is; Fun! Fun! Fun! Safety is by far most important, but it doesnโt sacrifice fun. Game Based Learning, camaraderie and confidence building. We aren’t heavy on intensive instruction. If you want that we suggest private or semi-private lessons.
Typical breakdown in what we do in a week is as follows (this is in no way a guarantee, it’s just a general idea) ;
30% on course (if available)
โข 5% exercises (typical during rain delays)
โข 25% range
โข 30% short game (chipping + putting)
โข 10% golf trivia, rules and etiquette (typical during rain delay)
If we get bad weather we spend time putting, rules, etiquette, score keeping, watch a little golf, YouTube for golf, golf current events, golf trivia, etc.
We have agendas/plans for approximately 20% under the canopy for bad weather. For example if there has been no rain Monday through Thursday, chances are Friday of that week will be held no matter how bad the weather. It’s possible we cancel for bad weather. This is hard to predict because of forecasts.
If you miss we don’t have a make up policy.
We have a snack bar that accepts cash or card. We don’t provide transportation.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

FAQ & Description
All Junior programs
โ We accommodate any level. We have a chipping green, putting green, driving range and also use of the Lake Isle golf course (when available).
โ Junior groups may combine and/or overlap with different age groups.
โ In the event of inclement weather we are prepared to spend up to approximately 25% of
the lesson time on material such as putting, learning the rules and etiquette of golf, score keeping, and/or watching golf educational content (YouTube, golf current events, golf trivia, etc.). However, because the weather is unpredictable and there may be bad weather for more than 25% of the lesson time, we may cancel classes and/or hold classes in bad weather under the canopy. For example, if there has been no rain Monday through Thursday, chances are Friday of that week will be held no matter how bad the weather. Itโs possible we could cancel because of bad weather.
โ Cancelled camps can come to another group to make up the time.
โ If you miss on your own, we do not allow make ups.
โ We have a snack bar that accepts cash or credit cards.
โ We donโt provide transportation.

For summer camps
PGA interns working towards their PGA status typically run these programs, assisted by our staff. The typical breakdown in what we do in a week is as follows (This is in no way a guarantee. This just a general idea):
โ The first day of the week is mostly spent reviewing safety protocols, range etiquette, and (depending on course availability) on-course etiquette and pace of play. We also cover the logistics of where bathrooms are, snack bar, lounge areas etc.
โ 30% on course (if available); 5% exercises (typical during weather delays)
โ 25% range
โ 30% short game (chipping + putting) (typical during weather delays)
โ 10% golf trivia, rules and etiquette (typical during weather delays)
Programs led by staff during the school year:
These groups are a great opportunity for your child to get on the golf course, have fun, make friends, and build confidence. These programs have produced plenty of high level golfers, but our main goal is that they have fun and want to come back. This is not a mechanics driven instructional program. If you want that please check out private, semi-private lessons or groups that work directly with Kevin. Some students may like doing both a group with staff and a group with Kevin. Most of the staff are former participants in our programs and/or students of Kevin. You can check their bioโs on our staff page. They typically are high school age.
Groups taught by Kevin:
We are starting this program for those of you who havenโt been able to find availability on Kevinโs lesson schedule or kids that want more instruction than our other junior programs offer. These groups are for 2 to 4 students, are taught by Kevin, and run for longer periods than most of our other programs. This gives Kevin flexibility to cater to the students’ individual goals. (If there are 2 or less students, lesson time will be shorter).
