24-HOUR Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applies only to Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons booked with Kevin Chin Golf Instruction.

Kevin Chin Golf Instruction reserves scheduled lesson times specifically for each student or group. To keep scheduling fair for all students and instructors, please review this policy before booking.

Private and Semi-Private Lesson Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Please log into your Client Portal account to reschedule or cancel* your lesson.

**PLEASE NOTE!** Difference between rescheduling and cancelling your Private and/or Semi-Private Lesson -You lose the lesson if you CANCEL. If you do not want to lose your lesson, please RESCHEDULE it to another date.

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson may be forfeited and no refund, credit, or makeup lesson will be provided.

No-Shows

Students who do not attend a scheduled Private or Semi-Private Lesson without advance notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or makeup lesson.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Weather-related decisions are made by Kevin Chin Golf Instruction based on safety, course conditions, and instructor availability.

If Kevin Chin Golf Instruction cancels a Private or Semi-Private Lesson due to weather or unsafe conditions, the student will be eligible to reschedule the lesson, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

Eligible reschedule requests may be managed through the booking system when available, or by contacting Kevin Chin Golf Instruction directly.

Policy Scope

This policy applies only to Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons. Group classes, camps, clinics, events, and other programs may have separate cancellation policies.
